Mortgage Calculator Suite is published by Italian Bros Co. This policy explains how information is handled in the app.

Calculator and saved-estimate data

Calculator inputs, saved estimates, folders, and optional settings are processed and stored on your device. Italian Bros Co. does not operate an account system or receive this data. Except for an address you explicitly submit to the optional property-tax lookup described below, calculator and saved-estimate data is not transmitted off your device. If you choose a logo or image, the system photo picker provides only the file you select, and the selected file remains on your device.

Optional address and property-tax lookup

When you enter an address and choose Look up, the app sends that address to public geocoding and property-record services, including Esri ArcGIS and available county or municipal assessor services. Those services may process the address, your IP address, and ordinary request diagnostics under their own privacy policies. The returned address and property-tax estimate are used in the calculator and remain on your device unless you choose to share the estimate. If an exact public parcel tax is unavailable, the app uses a built-in U.S. Census county estimate instead.

Advertising

The free version displays banner ads supplied by Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares information with Google for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes. This can include:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate a device's general location;
• app and ad interactions, such as app launches and taps;
• diagnostic and performance information, such as launch time and hangs; and
• device or account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID, app set ID, and comparable identifiers.

This information is encrypted in transit. Where required, the app presents Google's consent controls before requesting ads. You can also reset or delete the Android advertising ID in your device settings. See Google's Privacy Policy for details about Google's handling of information.

Ad-free purchase

The optional yearly ad-free subscription is processed by Apple or Google through the device's app store and renews until canceled in the customer's store account. Italian Bros Co. does not receive your full payment-card or store-account credentials. The app receives purchase and entitlement status from the store so it can remove ads and restore access on your devices. Customers who purchased the earlier lifetime option retain permanent ad-free access.

This financial planning tool is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
